General

Montebello Fine Art represents the work of Italian contemporary artist ATKJ. All artworks, imagery, text, and creative content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Artwork & Editions

All artworks are produced as limited editions unless otherwise stated. Edition sizes, dimensions, and materials are specified within each product description.

Due to the artistic process and the nature of screen displays, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between digital previews and the final artwork.

Certain works may include selective hand-finished details, making each piece unique.

Production & Fulfillment

Limited edition artworks are produced and fulfilled through professional fine art production partners operating under the direction of Montebello Fine Art and ATKJ.

Certain large-format works, including selected 54 × 60 inch Bear Series pieces, may be produced and shipped through our professional production partner in Germany in order to ensure the highest possible print quality and handling standards.

Certificates of Authenticity may be shipped separately from the artwork directly from the studio.

Production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the artwork, medium, destination, and customs processing.

Shipping

Montebello Fine Art currently ships to 13 selected countries internationally.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Montebello Fine Art is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping details or destination-country import requirements.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or local import fees determined by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our artworks, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an artwork arrives damaged during transit.

If an artwork arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and artwork for review. Approved claims may qualify for replacement or resolution at the discretion of Montebello Fine Art.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, text, photographs, and visual content associated with Montebello Fine Art and ATKJ remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Montebello Fine Art reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Montebello Fine Art shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.
